Taycan Studio grants you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license to use the Services for your own non-commercial entertainment, subject to these Terms and applicable app store rules.

You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You must meet the minimum age required in your country to use the Services. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

You agree not to cheat, exploit bugs, use unauthorized third-party software, harass other players, or attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer or gain unauthorized access to the Services. We may suspend or terminate accounts that break these rules.

The Services may offer virtual coins, items and other content for purchase. Virtual items have no monetary value, are licensed not sold, and are non-refundable except where required by law or app store policy. Prices and availability may change.

The Services, including characters, artwork, logos, audio and software, are owned by Taycan Studio and protected by intellectual property laws. Except for the license above, no rights are granted to you.

If you submit content through the Services, you grant Taycan Studio a worldwide, royalty-free license to use it to operate and promote the Services. You are responsible for the content you submit and must have the rights to share it.

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, secure or error-free.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Taycan Studio is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for loss of data, profits or goodwill, arising from your use of the Services.

We may suspend or end your access to the Services at any time if you breach these Terms or to protect the Services and other users. You may stop using the Services at any time.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified through the Services or by updating the date below. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
